SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please make sure the shipping address is error-free as refunds will not be issued to orders with incorrect address information.

 We do not ship to APO, FPO address

We ship Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays.

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL unless otherwise specified in your tracking confirmation. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Please allow a minimum of 24-48 hours of payment processing, in addition to shipping times. We generally ship orders within 24 business hours after processing payment, however, it may take longer depending on volume. Orders generally arrive within 2-5 (after payment has been processed) business days, but may take up to 6-14. 

When you check out, you will get a shipping estimate based off of the Carrier and Service you select and weight of item(s). 

Your entire order must be shipped to a single address. If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided. YOU ARE THE GURU is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by USPS, UPS or DHL, YOU ARE THE GURU is no longer responsible for the package. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned/exchanged merchandise.

If you believe your package may have been stolen, you may file a claim with your local courier.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please allow a minimum of 48-72 hours of payment processing, in addition to shipping times. We generally ship orders within 24 hours after processing payment, however, it may take longer depending on volume. It generally takes 10-21 business days (after payment has been processed) to arrive at your shipping address once it leaves the sorting facility. Please note that it may take longer than 10-21 business days, depending on your customs agency. 

If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided. 

Taxes and tariffs set by the receiving country are the customer's responsibility. 

YOU ARE THE GURU is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by the shipping carrier, YOU ARE THE GURU is no longer responsible for the package. Please note that limited tracking may be available with international shipments.

CUSTOMS: When receiving goods from a different country customs duty and import taxes may occur. 

If you reject your package or if it is rejected by your local customs agency we will refund you for the cost of goods *excluding shipping* once we receive the goods back to our fulfillment center.

Please note due to higher volumes during the holidays it may take longer.
