Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
We are more than happy to accept exchanges within 14 days from the date that your items were delivered to you. Customers will be responsible for their own shipping charges. We are unable to provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. Once the item has been received, we will send out the exchange. If there is a difference in price, we will send you an invoice for that amount.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We are more than happy to accept returns within 7 days from the date that your items were delivered to you. Customers will be responsible for their own shipping charges. We are unable to provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
To be eligible for an return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please email us with your return issue, and we will address to see if it can be returned or not.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damage that occurs during shipping will not be reimbursed. We make an effort to wrap our products in protective layers to make sure they get to you in perfect shape. We are extremely careful with packaging, especially fragile items.
If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Book with obvious signs of use.
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Sale and Clearance items cannot be refunded.
We reserve the right to replace an item instead of processing a refund under all circumstances, including but not limited to defective merchandise, missing packages, wrong product delivered, etc.
