A Karmic Cleanse
Posted by Awni Abbas on

You have so much power in your life to create good and bad experiences. The Universe will bring back whatever acts you committed or feeling you caused in another person.
Follow these five steps to give yourself a karmic cleanse.
• Be grateful: for every experience, both the good and the bad.
• Act with love: towards everyone no matter what they’ve done.
• Check your motives: and make sure they come from a place of love for self and others.
• Watch your attitude: because negative thoughts create angry energy directed at you.
• Forgive: It can be the hardest thing to do, but the most important in creating great karma.

Ahhh the spiritual awakening🤣

I'm sure a lot of you can relate to this..
To us, we feel that some of the most important things to have on the path are patience and a sense of humor.
We know we need patience because the spiritual path is life long and takes loads of hard work, the discipline to meditate every day, continuously working on the higher self and to face every part of ourselves, the parts we keep secret because they’re painful and because we believe they are too dreadful to expose.
We dig a sense of humor because if we can’t laugh at ourselves sometimes, we will continue to want to hide those parts away in the dark. Laughter brings light and warmth, two essential components to growth.
Remember, life’s a constant transformational journey.
Here’s an interesting and graceful quote by the lovely Chinese philosopher Zhuangzi:
“Flow with whatever may happen, and let your mind be free: Stay centered by accepting whatever you are doing. This is the ultimate.”

“You are a marvel. You are unique. In all the years that have passed, there has never been another child like you. Your legs, your arms, your clever fingers, the way you move. You may become a Shakespeare, a Michelangelo, a Beethoven. You have the capacity for anything.” – Henry David Thoreau
