So, so true. We do practice sound therapy at our home, especially during meditation and when we study/read/sleep. Did you know that everything vibrate with sound, light and color? This is the law of physics. 🕉🕉🕉♾♾b🕉🕉🕉
We are all made up of energy at various frequencies. It helps you tune the different chakras, meridian, organs and glands of your body to their natural frequencies. You can try sound therapy through Tibetan singing bowls (which we will have available in the next few weeks for the open market at discounted prices), sonic acupuncture, and other ways such as electronic frequencies, through different sound waves (look up binaural beats), which you can find a ton of playlists on Spotify.
“The body is held together by sound, and the presence of disease indicates that some sounds are out of tune… primordial sound is the mysterious link that holds the universe together in a web that is the quantum field.” -Deepak Chopra
Do you practice sound healing? Does it work for you? What type of sound therapy do you do? Let us know!
