If you only focus on the problem you might miss the easy solution

Just think about it for a sec. The problem is not the problem, the problem is how YOU look at the problem.
There are many ways to look at issues, challenges, problems...being in real estate has taught us many, many lessons in life. How to work through problems, thinking outside the box for the solutions to many heavy, challenging problems and how to solve these issues. The way you see the problem IS the problem.
Virtually everything is fixable in life. You can seriously find solutions to any challenge(s) you face. Usually, the problems are not always binary. It just takes some deeper level of thinking, resilience, and coming up with multiple solutions. Face the problems. Deal with it and work through them. Be creative. Life is a continuous exercise in creative problem solving. Most people spend more time and energy going around problems than in trying to solve them. Creativity can solve almost any problem!
